This lovely flat is situated on a raised ground floor of a red-brick Victorian mansion block. There are two spacious and bright bedrooms and one bathroom. Located in one of West London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, this flat is suited for professionals, couples, or a small family. The tree-lined road is quiet, residential and very charming. The space Upon entering, the home opens into a wide, welcoming hallway with an impressive sense of space and flow. On the left side of the property, the open-plan living /dining room is bathed in natural light through tall sash windows. Original Victorian features enhance the interiors, with an ornate fireplace, high ceilings, and decorative cornicing, which are balanced with warm wooden floors and neutral colours, creating an inviting and comfortable space. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out, complete with high-end appliances and a dining space. Bright, practical, and well-designed, it perfectly supports day-to-day living and entertaining. Both bedrooms are bright and generous in size. The principal bedroom is particularly elegant, offering built-in wardrobes, and the second bedroom is equally charming. Both rooms are fitted with king-size beds and plush carpeting. The shared bathroom is modern with marble-effect tiling, and it includes a bath with a shower. This home is spacious and designed with a personal touch. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the house is currently on the market; there may be viewing(s) during your stay. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum, and any viewings will be done at a convenient time and with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. We will compensate £50 for each viewing. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking, and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Where a check-in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee, as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
